Please DO NOT – I repeat – DO NOT
Keep any $1 – $20- $50 - $100.

They have pictures of former slave owners on them!

Send them all to me and I will dispose of them properly!

DO NOT just throw them away.

They need to be disposed of properly and I am certified to do so.

You forgot the $2 bill, Jefferson owned 700 slaves.

Same for coins, no more pennies, nickels, or quarters.

Stevie, Hamilton is coming off the $10 bill this year to be replaced by an undecided woman.

Probably Harriet Tubman or Rosa Parks.

Most all powerful nations had slaves in the 1600's, 1700's, 1800's, and a lot that were not so powerful... statues of people in the USA from these countries, and the USA, are under vicious attack.
Kenya had slaves, took other Africans, sold them to other nations.
Native American tribees had slaves, the spoils of wars.
So should most all statues on the goddam planet be taken down?

(this is not about slaves in the USA 150-300 years ago, this is about power in 2020, political gains for the globalist Democrats)

Lot of chatter coming sooner than think, cashless that is
Great original post Stevie. Been hearing "chatter" about cashless for about 35 years now. About twenty years ago lots of chatter about making all 100 bills no good after a certain date. They would issue "new" 100 bills when you turned in your old ones.
You know trying to keep track of those very bad drug dealers and bookmakers. Still waiting. good thing for me if they did it now i don't have anything stashed away like i did 20 years ago.

Have you ran into anyone not taking cash at this moment?

i have heard in the last year some restaurants that mostly do lunch business in downtown chicago and majority of young people they have as customers do not take cash. i understand.
Young people don't use cash anywhere as much as older generation. Debit cards and the like. it is a lot time and work for a small business to maintain a cash drawer. i just don't think the US will go cashless any time soon. For at least 25 years.

That i didn't know but it makes sense. Funny for these days i have very popular BBQ place by me that only accepts cash. Always been that way for them they been in business for 40 years. Long lines all the time so it doesn't seem to hurt them. Unusual for these times but it works for them. They have an atm in the place for those that don't have the cash and it gets used alot.

i am 60. a few years ago i worked at a place where i worked closely everyday with a 30 year old guy. He would ask me three times a month for 20 or 30 dollars because his wife called him and wanted him to pick up thing at the grocery store and he didn't have his debit card with him.

He never had cash. i don't mean he had like only 5 dollars in cash. No nothing. Never had any cash with him. Drove me crazy. i told him i couldn't live like that. i am a longtime race track guy. i always had minimum hundreds on me at all times race track or not. That is not unusual for young people i see them in stores all the time using debit cards for 3 dollar purchase. in 20 years that generation will have no problem when the goverment wants to go cashless.
